Order Cancellations
You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed, packed, customized, prepared for dispatch, or shipped.
Once an order has entered the processing, packaging, customization, preparation, or shipping stage, cancellation will no longer be possible.

Non-Cancellable Orders
Please note that certain orders may not be eligible for cancellation, including:
- Orders that have already entered processing, packaging, customization, preparation, or shipping stages.
- Special-order items sourced specifically upon customer request.
- Customized, made-to-order, cut-to-size, or specially prepared wallpaper and interior products.
- Bulk or commercial orders arranged through custom quotations or special arrangements.
- Orders containing products that have already been prepared for dispatch.
We strongly encourage customers to review all product details, measurements, colours, quantities, shipping information, and order details carefully before confirming and completing payment.

Our team will review the order status and notify you whether the cancellation request can be approved.
Refunds for Approved Cancellations
If your cancellation request is approved:
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used during purchase.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed.
- Actual processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, e-wallet provider, or payment gateway.
A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been initiated.
Exceptions
A cancellation request may be rejected if:
- The order has already been shipped or is in transit.
- The request is submitted after the 12-hour cancellation window.
- Order processing, packing, customization, or shipment preparation has already begun.
- The order involves special procurement, bulk purchases, made-to-order products, customized items, or custom arrangements made specifically for the customer.
